The Men in Blue are taking on England in the second Test of the five-match series in Visakhapatnam. While the hosts trail the series 0-1 after a heartbreaking loss in the opening Test, the Rohit Sharma-led side currently stands far ahead of the Three Lions at lunch on Day 3 of second Test.
However, the hosts have some misses in Ravindra Jadeja, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli , the latter’s availability in the remainder of the series still remains under cloud. Speaking on Virat Kohli’s availability for the third Test in Rajkot, a BCCI source told PTI, ‘Family comes first as BCCI’s press release stated and Virat will only play if he feels that he is in a position to play.’
However, reports also reveal that the Ajit Agarkar-led selection committee of the top brass of the BCCI will speak to Kohli to get a clear picture on his position to resume national duties.
