Watch: Novak Djokovic rips t-shirt off, ‘Roger Federer comeback’ in ATP’s incredibly funny ‘reality show’

“I think that’s what people don’t realise. The players, the matches, it’s all scripted,” Andy Murray, a.k.a Fraser McKnight, says in the new ATP TV show ‘The Tour, A Reality Show’.

The governing body of men’s tennis has revealed that none of what we see on the television sets is true and that all the tennis superstars are indeed actors, who work hard behind the scenes on not just their game, but also on their persona to make sure the audiences believe it’s all real.

In a funny and scripted video that is going viral online, Novak Djokovic can be seen ripping his shirt off in the restroom while a nervous Carlos Alcaraz is rehearsing his lines and taking inputs from his assistant as he walks into the court. While discussing how to win over the next generation of tennis fans, the producers of the show also discuss pointers like bringing Roger Federer out of retirement and letting a ball kid win a Masters 1000 tournament.

Novak Djokovic is ‘Bert Critchley’, a very ‘well-paid’ actor, according to ATP. “Silly you for believing any player could win 24 Grand Slams and 40 ATP Masters 1000 titles,” the ATP says.
