Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL 2024 Squad Age: SRH Oldest and Youngest Players, Average Age

The IPL 2024 is just eight days away from getting underway and the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) know exactly what they need to do to make a stellar rebound in the upcoming season, which is loaded with challenges.

SRH have no one but themselves to blame for decisions they have taken since IPL 2021. Ever since stripping David Warner of captaincy and axing him from the team, they haven’t been a serious team.

The Sunrisers qualified for the playoffs in the IPL 2020 season but failed to enter the top four in the next three seasons, which goes to show their downfall. They won the title in the IPL 2016 season by beating Royal Challengers Bangalore in the final. The Hyderabad-based franchise will kick-start their campaign on March 23 as they will play against KKR at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Wanindu Hasaranga who has been a successful performer in IPL has been roped in by the SRH franchise for INR 1.5 crore. The Sri Lankan international who has taken 35 wickets in the league will be looking to lead the spin attack by example.
