Satwiksairaj Rankireddy is confident that he and his partner Chirag Shetty will do well in the Paris Olympics, scheduled to be held later this year.
Speaking to PTI, Satwik said that they are trying out a few things ahead of the Olympics and are looking to peak during that tournament.
“We don’t want to peak right now (chuckles); we’re keeping our best game for the Olympics. We have a lot more left in our tank, and we are coming up with different gameplay and plans before the Olympics,” Satwik told PTI during a promotional event here on Saturday.
The duo will play several events in the run-up to the Olympics, including the All England where they have been seeded No. 1.
However, Satwik is not getting carried away by the top-seed tag at the All England, and said that whoever plays better will take the honours.
