Gujarat Titans Playing 11 vs Punjab Kings– IPL 2024, Match 17

Gujarat Titans host Punjab Kings in match 17 of IPL 2024 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. This is their last game for the Titans at home before they play two games at away grounds. The Titans have already played two games at home and this is the third.

The Gujarat Titans began their IPL 2024 campaign with a win against Mumbai Indians. They lost their next game against CSK before winning the next against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The Titans chased down 163 and won the match by seven wickets.

The Titans are one of the most balanced sides in the IPL with enough depth in batting and bowling. The bowling despite the absence of Mohammed Shami has enough experience. The Indian pace duo of Mohit Sharma and Umesh Yadav brings a lot of experience. The spinners in Rashid Khan, Noor Ahmad, and Sai Kishore bring in a lot of variety as well.

The only concern for them is that Shubman Gill the captain has not found form as yet. He has averaged 25 in the first three games and scored 75. He would ideally like to get some runs at a venue where he lives playing.
