Delhi Capitals (DC) will look to avenge reverse fixture loss and start their home campaign on a winning note when they face champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in match 12 of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024 on Tuesday (March 5) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
Meg Lanning-led Delhi Capitals has won three on the trot since losing the tournament-opener to Harmanpreet Kaur’s Mumbai Indians, who have lost one and two since that result with the two victories coming under the leadership of Nat Sciver-Brunt.
DC are fresh from a 25-run victory over Gujarat Giants to sit on the top of WPL 2024 points table, while MI come into the match after a 7-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore, moving them to second in the standings.
