IPL 2024: Arjun Tendulkar’s Toe-Crushing Yorker Bamboozles Batter During Mumbai Indians’ Net Session | Video

One of the most successful franchise in the IPL, Mumbai Indians have started their training camp approximately two weeks ahead of the commencement of the upcoming edition.

The camp had the presence of marquee players like Hardik Pandya and Arjun Tendulkar, captivating fans with their rigorous practice sessions.

In a video shared by MI’s official media handle, Tendulkar was seen showcasing his bowling prowess in full flow during the training session. A left-handed batter faced him in the nets, only to be left bewildered by a toe-crushing yorker that sent him sprawling to the ground. Check out the video here:

“Mumbai Indians team started their first practice session with a grilling session in the nets, Captain Hardik Pandya, Gerald Coetzee, Shreyas Gopal, Nehal Wadhera, Akash Madhwal, Arjun Tendulkar, Vishnu Vinod, Shivalik Sharma, Naman Dhir, Anshul Kamboj were amongst the other players who trained at the CCI grounds,” MI said in a release.

Arjun Tendulkar was signed by the Mumbai franchise in 2021, although it took him two years to make his debut. In the IPL 2023 season, he made appearances in four matches for the team. Judging by his impressive performance in the nets, Arjun appears poised for an extended stint in the playing XI this season.

Meanwhile, the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is scheduled to commence on March 22nd. The inaugural match will witness defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) locking horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in a highly anticipated southern India derby at their home ground, the MA Chidambaram Stadium.
